When do prices update?
Daily, around 16:00 Kyiv time. Prices usually do not change on weekends.
Why does the app price differ from the station price?
We show the prices chains publish centrally. A specific station may run local promotions or have regional differences.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ePalne → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ePalne → Cancel.
How do I restore purchases?
In the app: Settings → subscription screen → “Restore purchases”. The subscription is tied to your Apple ID / Google account.
No data for my region
For some oblasts (notably Luhansk) open sources currently publish no prices — as soon as data appears, it shows up in the app automatically.
